This product does help me fall asleep quickly by allowing my mind to relax, however, I still wake up several times during the night. Some nights it works well, and I fall back to sleep, but is does not work it's magic every night. Overall, it is better than any of the other over counter sleep aids that I have tried, however, it is not a miracle worker. I also have noticed that I wake up with a bit of a headache.
