Plm with my level of Vitamin D, being change of number unit. Blood works show that it still too low until my Dr ordered to stop all kind of vitamin D that I have been taken from OTC and one from RX. So told me to take 5,000 iu. So I decided to try vegan instead and my vitamin D blood works increased level.

I was skeptical at first, but after a hike with 10,000 feet of elevation gain over 30 miles, I was amazed. My muscles did not suffer once—no cramping, no pain. I honestly can’t believe it. I wanted to wait and see how my blood tests come out in November. What I like about these vitamins is that they don't make me nauseous and seem to be easy on my stomach.
