Waste of money. Wife and I took them and neither lost a pound.

Beware! This is NOTZ the same product that is advertised. It is a scam! The real Mitolyn product has Maqui berries & other great ingredients. The product that you buy through Amazon has completely different ingredients. They won't accept returns either. So once you're fooled, you lost that money.

I am typically a sound sleeper. I fall asleep easily around 11:00 and wake up sometime between 6:00 and 7:00. Yesterday was the first day I have tried these and I had an erratic sleep last night.
