These gummy vitamins are perfect for me!! They taste great!! They do not have Vitamin K, which is exactly what I was looking for due to not being able to take vitamin K supplements. They smell a little "mediciney" but when you eat them they do not really taste that way. I feel that they are effective and they make me feel good overall. They are also a great value for your money because you're also getting your omega-3's

These aren't the worst tasting vitamin packets but it can be a little strong if you aren't ready for it. I have to take these with food because I find that they make me somewhat lightheaded to take on their own. I think they've been good in helping me maintain a good level of energy throughout the day and I'm sure my body appreciates the boost. Can't say I've had any noticeable impact on my immune system or how well they are absorbed.
