I am using this for the antioxidant benefits from the chlorogenic acid in the green coffee extract and the green tea extract. I take several other antioxidants but I like to have as many bases covered as possible since they don't all work exactly the same. The glucomannan is great for feeding the friendly gut bacteria so that a plus. Caffeine? Yup...Yup...Yup =} It's not that much caffeine but still. There's research that points to the cayenne being helpful to metabolism so I'm ok with that

Do not buy!!!I do not know how this product will work for me. I bought it under false pretenses, thinking it was the same product as Mylotin. It is not even though they have the same style containers and advertise similar benefits. They have different ingredients. The list of ingredients DO NOT include C0Q10, PQQ, nor L-Carnitine which are essential for mitochondrial support.

I am loosing weight. I have started to take these supplements. I stopped eating sugar in all forms. That includes alcohol.

I was hoping it was real despite it being sealed. I have to return. Please be careful people!

This packet of vitamins are very convenient versus having to get out all the pills that this covers. I'm not convinced that it is comparable to other multivitamins since the amounts don't cover as much in some areas as others such as lacking in vitamin D-3, Vitamin K, and Iron (just to name a few). These pills are not large, but not small either and can be difficult to take them all. I have to spread them out so I'm able to take them without any issues, which makes the convenience of the packet
