Healthy Care Ultimate Omega 3-6-9 200 Capsules

I've been taking these supplements for a couple years now as part of my regimen to reduce cholesterol and cardiovascular health as this product has good ingredients in it. I recently purchased another bottle and I noticed that the bottle is smaller than the one I had previously purchased by 30 gel caps. At pretty much the same price. Remained fresh for months. Didn’t have after taste or fishy burp. Have tried several brands and this one is the best so far with this strength. It helped increase my HDL, Google it, you need it! Definitely worth the money. No fishy smell. Wish they sold bigger bottles.

I started taking these about 3 months ago and after 2-3 days I noticed that my skin was a lot more moist. Mind you, my skin is very sensitive and I typically wear no moisturizers most of the time. Sadly this supplement made me break out in cystic acne, even at my advanced age. Not that surprising, since I have the same reaction to flaxseed oil, which an eye clinic had recommended. Guess I’ll have to go back to taking fish oil, for my dry eyes.Nice packaging ensures the softgels don’t stick together, and probably helps keep them fresh too.

A client ordered it from me, she bought me all the Omega 3 and 9 vitamins on Amazon, but they are very good.

They seem to be good. Only problem is we have to break them up? We can’t take two at a time. Otherwise we get fishy. Burps pills are pretty large, but nothing too bad.
