I’ve been using these drops for a couple of days now, and I’m already noticing a difference in how calm and focused I feel throughout the day. The combination of magnesium, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine works really well for managing stress and improving sleep. I love the strawberry flavor it’s pleasant and not overpowering. The tablets are large, but not objectively so

I have purchased these pills for quite some time and should have stopped them way sooner than now. Taking the pills, have become more habit than actually taken for what they do or don't do, if that makes since. I needed them for energy, don't count on that! I am able to go to sleep, even though I have taken the pill/pills. The pills never drop in price, the last ones I ordered seem to be weaker and now the price has increased, go figure!!! I am not so pleased with this brand, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I heard that long-term use of PQQ can prolong one’s lifespan. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but I believe it.

Love that I can take this in a capsule form. This is super easy, doesn’t have a foul taste or leave me feeling sick or upset stomach. I started this with a handful of other vitamin supplements, and I overall feel more energetic and my hormones are sorting themselves out. I’m mainly taking this for egg quality on my fertility journey. Thankful for this product at this price point from a high quality and natural company.
