It needs to get in to your system. It helps control Hot Flashes.

Good value for the price. Gummy vitamins, decent flavor, texture is a little rubbery. Bottle keeps them fresh. Don't stick to teeth as much as some other brands. Don't have a strong ir offensive odor. Easy on the digestive tract.

I've been using Natures Bounty vitamins for decades. I trust the name. So when I saw the multi available, I jumped on the chance to get it. As far as the included vitamin mix, it's about on par with my GNC branded multi.
