I like these gummy vitamins for a couple of reasons. One is you only have to take two of them per day which makes it a good price, and the percentage of nutrients is quite high in those two Gummies. Also the Gummies have a good flavor but there's not too sweet which is nice. Just enough to make it palatable without tasting like candy. It will be easy to get my daily vitamin D especially since I am in the house recovering from knee replacement surgery. I recommend anybody especially people that d
