I like the individual packets to bring when I travel. I wish the price was a bit cheaper. Compared with liquid 20/20 vision bottle, it appears to help my vision the same. Overall a nice product!

Actually I’d give it 4.5. My problem with supplements is I’m particularly sensitive. We are all different. I believe in the quality that a liposomal brings even though I only take 800mg I feel it, especially when I don’t. Works best at night with some food. Good stuff!
