Great health benefits, quality, and taste is actually pretty good (I purchased the natural flavor). Given all the ingredients, while it has an earthy taste, it has a hint of minty sweetness in it. Of course if you’re not used to natural supplements like this and consume surgary junk, it’s going to taste “awful” and too earthy.
