I do love this supplement and recommend anyone to do some research on it, but if you are like me at all then be very careful when you take it. It gives me about 2 hours of great focus after I take it but sometimes I crash about 4 hours later and feel mentally depleted and feel like taking a nap. I’m excited about this product. So I will start by saying this is definitely a decent alternative to g2b2 binders. I ordered the 3x and this joker fits nice. It does get tight around the ends because it’s meant to go down further but it’s definitely not a hindrance. It tucks in a lot of loose fat and adds more definition to my shape without giving me curves (not that I have any). I suggest trying it. It’s good quality, warm yet has breathable material.
